Shipping Policy
Currently there are awards, certificates and membership packages to be shipped to the winners of online initiatives and competition and new members.
We normally dispatch all our awards and certificates within 1 month from the date of our online initiative and membership package within 30 working days via India Post only. Depending on the geographic location of the winners it may take about 3 to 30 working days to deliver the product to the winner. The shipping time mentioned anywhere on the website are approximate and we cannot guarantee them. All shipping of awards, certificates and membership packages are free of cost, unless otherwise required and stated during such initiatives, competitions and at time of membership.
In case awards, certificates and membership packages are to be shipped outside India, Shipping charges are additional for international orders as applicable and shall differ from country to country and service providers..
We will choose reputed Shipping Service providers / Courier companies such as DHL / FedEx / TNT / DTDC / ICL / First Flight / Professional Couriers, etc. We have special arrangements with a few of the providers for giving the best shipping price. International Shipping charges are at actual charges collected by the 3rd Party. Express shipping charges would be additional and free shipping would not be applicable for express shipping requests.
Mandatory Requirements for shipping:
Winners are responsible for providing Shipping details which should include Proper Name, address with City / State/ Country, Postal code, LandMarks if any and also Telephone numbers with alternate numbers to ensure proper delivery.
We will make all efforts to deliver in the minimum time possible, but we will not be responsible for any Loss/damage due to natural calamities, accidents, or mistakes by the shipping service provider. We shall and cannot be liable for any damages/loss due to lack of proper shipping information.
At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for redelivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case you have provided the office address, due to security reasons, the courier might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of this) & check with the security desk.
We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.
Customs Duty: For international deliveries, please note that the courier company would bill any kind of customs or duties as applicable for the ordered items separately to the customer at the time of delivery which will depend on the rules and regulations of the country.
